Local breakfast restaurant Over Easy is giving its Gilbert restaurant an update. The restaurant, located at 211 E. Warner Road, closed after business hours Sept. 7 and is scheduled to reopen as early as Sept. 25.
Local breakfast favorite Over Easy is bringing its signature blend of modern diner fare and vibrant atmosphere to Buckeye with the opening of its 18th location next month. Set to open its doors on Saturday, August 9, 2025, the new restaurant is located at 1045 N. Verrado Way.
