We’re excited to share that the Idaho Statesman recently featured Over Easy’s upcoming expansion into Meridian, Idaho.
The story, titled “Boozy brunches, ‘cheerful’ lunches: An inviting new restaurant’s coming, Meridian,” highlights our future restaurant at The District at Ten Mile, a 220-acre development just off Interstate 84. Over Easy is on track to open in the first quarter of 2027.
The article also looks back at how far we’ve come—from a single Phoenix neighborhood breakfast spot founded in 2008 to 19 Arizona restaurants and our first out-of-state location in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Now, we’re bringing a little Arizona sunshine to the Treasure Valley.
When we open in Meridian, guests can expect the made-from-scratch breakfast, brunch and lunch favorites that have helped Over Easy grow, including Banana Nut French Toast, Chilaquiles, Golden Waffle Dogs and the Monte Cristo. Pair that with daytime cocktails, a bright modern atmosphere and genuine hospitality, and we can’t wait to become part of the community.
