Over Easy to open 7 more breakfast restaurants in metro Phoenix
PHOENIX – Arizona breakfast chain Over Easy is going through a growth spurt, having signed leases on seven additional locations.
The new restaurants are expected to open over the next two years in the following Valley cities and bring the company’s total to 20 locations:

Local breakfast restaurant Over Easy announces today the opening of its newest and second location in Flagstaff located at 601 Piccadilly Drive at Aspen Place at the Sawmill. The new 3,300 square foot restaurant is set to open at the beginning of November and will host its special Welcome Weekend on Saturday, November 4 and Sunday, November 5.

PHOENIX — Valley breakfast restaurant Over Easy announced Thursday it’s opening a 12th location this fall in Glendale.The 3,600-square-foot restaurant will open in mid-September and will be located at 67th Avenue and Deer Valley Road at the Sierra Verde Shopping Center.

Over Easy is close to opening its newest location in Glendale.
