PHOENIX – Popular breakfast restaurant Over Easy is expanding in the Valley with the opening of its latest location later this month.

The newest location opening June 24 will be located on Interstate 10 and Ray Road in Chandler.
To celebrate the location, kids get to eat free with the purchase of an adult entrée until June 30, valid for dine-in only.
The 3,000-square-foot restaurant offers a unique twist on menu items, such as waffle dogs, the Hawaiian loco moko and zesty chilaquiles.

Over Easy, Shamrock Farms partner to benefit United Food Bank

We matched every dollar and were able to raise $14,692 last month for the United Food Bank, partner of Feeding America! In addition, every dollar raised contributed to 34,000 eggs to be donated and delivered by Shamrock Farms. The United Food Bank provides hunger relief to people in the East Valley and eastern Arizona. Collectively with your help, the Dollars for a Dozen fundraiser has helped provide 223,930 meals over the past three years. Thank you for your support in helping us feed Arizona!

When the Over Easy ownership team opened its Surprise store, it was stunned by the West Valley’s growth.

“When we first ventured out west, we were surprised at how fast everything was growing there,” co-owner Ryan Field said.The owners are furthering its cause by expanding its breakfast and brunch brand to Glendale later this summer. A Peoria store at Happy Valley Road and Lake Pleasant Parkway is coming next year. The Glendale store is a new prototype, he said. The building will be a little larger than existing units. “It will have a full inside-outside bar, an outdoor dining area, an open kitchen, and a combination of flex seating and booth seating,” he said.
