PHOENIX — Breakfast restaurant Over Easy will host a grand opening for the launch of its new Peoria location.
The new restaurant, located at 25738 Lake Pleasant Parkway, will celebrate with a “Welcome Weekend” event on June 22 and June 23 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., according to a press release.
The Peoria restaurant will be the 16th location in Arizona.

PHOENIX — Breakfast restaurant Over Easy will host a grand opening for the launch of its second Queen Creek location at the end of the week.
The new restaurant located at Gantzel and Combs roads will celebrate with a “Welcome Weekend’” event from 9 a.m-1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, according to a press release.

PHOENIX — There will be a new Over Easy in Goodyear by the end of 2024, officials said last week. The popular breakfast chain is set to start cooking breakfast in GSQ, Goodyear’s downtown area, which is near 150th Drive and McDowell Road.
The Over Easy restaurant will be on the southwest corner of 150th Drive and Goodyear Way, the city announcement said.
The restaurant is expected to open at the end of the year in the QSR
Over Easy has announced that it is bringing its scratch-made food and unique cocktails to the heart of Goodyear with a new location coming to the southwest corner of 150th Drive and Goodyear Way, just north of McDowell Road.
Over Easy raised $12,697 for the #LovePup Foundation through a year-long fundraising effort that concluded in December 2023.
Throughout 2023, Over Easy supported the local pet rescue organization by offering a variety of seasonal items on their menu.

Local breakfast restaurant Over Easy is proud to announce its philanthropic partnership with Phoenix Children’s, whose mission is to advance hope, healing and the best healthcare for children and their families.
PHOENIX – Arizona breakfast chain Over Easy is going through a growth spurt, having signed leases on seven additional locations.
The new restaurants are expected to open over the next two years in the following Valley cities and bring the company’s total to 20 locations:
