Over Easy, a Scottsdale-based breakfast-brunch-lunch concept, has just opened a new Valley location with another set to open later in November.
This week, Over Easy opened its sixth Valley location at a site in downtown Chandler in the Overstreet complex on the southwest corner of Chandler Boulevard and Arizona Avenue.
Closer to Thanksgiving, another Over Easy restaurant will open in north Scottsdale at the Ancala Village Shopping Center on Via Linda and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.
Over Easy owners also plan to expand its presence in the Valley even more in 2020 with new locations coming to Mesa, Queen Creek and the West Valley. There is already an Over Easy restaurant in Flagstaff, and there are plans to add one in Tucson next year as well.
Founded in 2008, Over Easy has been featured on The Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.” Its menu includes breakfast and lunch fare including chicken fried steak and banana nut French toast.
Over Easy also has restaurants in Washington state and Florida.
